Ortakent-Yahşi is a town in the west of the Bodrum peninsula, which has preserved its old village character and leads down to the sea through narrow roads stretching through the greenery. It is approximately 7 km from Bodrum city center by land and 3 miles from the sea.

When you get off at the bus terminal in Bodrum city center, it takes 5 minutes to reach the town with Ortakent - Yahşi minibuses. It still hosts its visitors with its unspoiled village texture, tangerine gardens and blue flag sea.

Located in the far west of the region, there is a natural beach called 'Camel Beach' but known as 'Kargı Bay' by the old people, stretching as if it were an endless beach.
