Villa Tizia is a 5-bedroom luxury villa with a capacity of 10 people in a Kalkan-central location. Villa Tizia has a spacious sun terrace with a very stylish design. Villa Tizia Kalkan is located in the center of Kalkan, Banks, shopping centers and bus station walking distance.

The living room we have a sitting group, air conditioning, LCD TV, coffee table, satellite receiver.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, 4 oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table for 8, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool The pool measures 10mx5m in depth and 1.55m in depth.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, garden furniture, BBQ

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the price. Villa Tizia has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit:A £150 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived. 

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
