Located in a bay with no more than 10 houses around, our villa is right next to the sea and is a perfect holiday villa with magnificent sea view, detached garden, Private beach and private swimming pool (10 x 4m). Ideal for families and groups, our holiday rental villa has direct access to the beach and you will enjoy your breakfast and dinner with a wonderful sea view.

Our duplex villa has a private parking lot, dining table and chairs on the pool terrace, 8-person sun loungers and umbrellas, a teak dining table and chairs on the balcony in front of the living room, and a small fridge to cool your drinks.


On the upper floor of the villa for rent, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. All beds on this floor are 180 x 200 cm in size, Downstairs is the 4th Air-conditioned Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso, fruit press, toaster There are all kinds of kitchen equipment that you may need in daily life, such as a mixer, internet, TV, satellite and air conditioning in the living room.

The Summer Villa has a magnificent sea view from every floor. The villa is 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the center of Güvercinlik and only 15 minutes from the center of Bodrum.

There is a "Damage Deposit" of €400 payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 working days in the absence of any damage.

Electricity, water usage, weekly cleaning, garden and pool maintenance and linen are included in the prices.

No additional cleaning fees will be charged at the end of the holiday, provided the property is left reasonably clean and tidy.
