We are a group of family & friends who have been holidaying together for over 40 years. We love Turkey & especially Kalkan. The Villa was perfect for our needs with stunning views over Kalkan & the sea. Our thanks to Ahmet Serter ( TigerVillas Manager ) who looked after us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the Gullet trips & canoeing down the Xanthos river. Everything was so enjoyable we have already booked to return next year.

Just returned from villa Montana it was amazing we were a party of 11 age range 5 to 65 we were celebrating my wife’s 60 birthday the villa was just fabulous thanks Ahmet will be back

The villa was lovely, very well equipped, fabulous pool with a great view. The terrace had plenty of room for everyone lots of sun beds and furniture. Enjoyed using the jacuzzi.It was a great holiday.

Hired a car for couple of days, although very easy and cheap to get cab into town. Recommend day at Patara beach and Saklikent Gorge.

Beautiful villa with everything you need and very clean. The pool and patio area has plenty of space. The villa is quiet and not overlooked by other properties. Every bedroom had a balcony with fabulous veiws to mouse and snake islands. I would highly recommend this villa.

Right from the moment we enquired about the villa, Tekin and Ahmet were extremely helpful answering questions and giving us useful information. They are rightly proud of their properties and this one is a stunner. Great outside area, stunning views and not at all overlooked. It's in a nice out of town part of kalkan but easy to get into town via short cheap taxi ride. Pool is lovely and kids made daily use of the table tennis table. Inside is very modern and has a lovely feel. I booked airport transfers and car hire via Tekin and service was first class, they really do make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble. This is a 5 star property and I'd look no further if / when we come back to kalkan. Thanks for a great stay Tekin and Ahmet!!

The villa is beautiful and of very high quality. Plenty of space for 8 people to have their own space or be all together. The pool is a good size and can swim laps if you want. The views are wonderful, a short taxi ride in to town which cost approx 30TL and we used Yousef (number on fridge) he is lovely. The owners Tekin and Ahmed are wonderful and very helpful. Ahmed took the younger ones into town to pick up something to eat on our arrival as it was very late and we were all hungry, cant ask for more can you?

All the bedrooms have ensuites which is so useful, the pool table and table tennis were a hit for the youngsters in our party too. Would recommend hiring a small car for visits to the supermarket. Although there are two small supermarkets within walking distance for any essentials. The taxis are so cheap it is worth booking them for a night out. Tekin organised a boat trip for 9 of our party which was really enjoyable. Cannot fault the villa, thoroughly recommend and would like to return again.

Overall this is a stunning villa with a view to die for. The owners are brilliant and were there when we needed anything. The Villa is spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. About 5-10 minutes in a taxi to the Kalkan Harbour (too far to walk) Kalkan is beautiful and as a party of 12 with ages rounded from 14 to 82 Kalkan fitted to all age groups. Not much more to say other than we will all be returning to this villa or one of the owners others villas. Overall we can't fault anything,the villa is absolutely amazing and had everything we possibly needed.

This is a beautiful villa with stunning views. The bedrooms are all perfectly comfortable and each has own individual balcony overlooking the bay. There is a great sized pool which was kept very clean throughout our stay and a nice garden. The owner Tekin & his son Ahmet could not have been more helpful and were very responsive to any requests we had- including providing blackout curtains when I asked for them !! There was ample space for eating , both inside and out and the kitchen was pretty well furnished. Lots of space for relaxing inside too with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Good wifi connection most of the time too. There is a games room below the villa where our boys spent hours playing pool & table tennis and also a steam room & some gym equipment. ( The owner played pool with us one time and was duly beaten !!) The villa is slightly outside of Kalkan main town but the taxis are cheap and plentiful if you don't have a hire car ( or don't want to use one in the evening ) but it is a fairly long walk to town in the high summer heat ! The town has plenty of really good restaurants and bars and lots of enticing shops!. You can go for boat trips which can be organised from the small harbour in town. Well worth doing for the day. I would definitely recommend this villa to a large group or 2 families. Tekin & Ahmet are really nice and look after the property and its guests very well. A very happy stay. We will be back.

Just had an amazing 2 weeks at Villa Melisa, thanks Ahmet and the owner for letting us stay in this beautiful villa. The pool is amazing and views from the roof terrace across the bay are best at sunset

This was an amazing villa which lived up to every expectation. There was a great attention to detail and without doubt it had the "Wow" factor. The Stunning sea views and incredible sunsets will forever stay in my mind. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and the staff from the beginning of our booking to the end of our exceptional holiday. I look forward to returning on my next holiday to the beautiful little town of Kalkan.
